An Ordinance of the North County Fire Protection District, adopting the 2016 California Fire Code and the 2015 International Fire Code, with Certain Amendment, Additions and Deletions, regulating and governing the safeguarding of life and property from fire and explosion hazards arising from the storage, handling and use of hazardous substances, materials, and devices and from conditions hazardous to life or property in the occupancy of buildings and premises erection, construction, enlargement, alteration, repair, moving, removal, conversion, demolition, equipment use and maintenance of buildings and structures, including that providing for the issuance of permits and collection of fees therefore, has been adopted.
North County Fire Protection District is fully committed to providing accessible facilities, elements and
